In my classes, I like to create a space in which individuals can look within themselves without judgment and explore what is present for them in the here and now, physically and emotionally. I work in a very Yin and Restorative based way often in a slow-paced, easy, and gentle flowing manner. We work with the breath and relaxation techniques as the main elements throughout the class and you will leave feeling relaxed, nourished and a little calmer than before.
1-hour long classes. Open to all levels.
After my teacher training with Rainbow Kids Yoga, I really felt that yoga for kids is a great way for them to release energy, get their bodies moving and create an environment where more real play and imagination could take place. The Kids Yoga sessions are 30 – 45 minutes long and takes place with a yoga adventure that we go on all together! There are lots of fun yoga games, lots of laughter to be had, along with healthy movements. The dynamic yoga poses help to grow strong muscles and bones, aid concentration, and help release energy.
Open to ages 2-7. Available in person or online. Kids or Family yoga.
My pregnancy yoga teacher training course with Uma Dinsmore, really taught me so much about the female body and the changes it undergoes during pregnancy. I learned how to utilise the breath in a way that can help prepare women for labour, as well as moving in a way that is truly needed for a pregnant body. Holding a safe and calming space, both for mother and child, sessions are relaxed and calming and offer an opportunity to move in an intuitive way while connecting Mum with Baby.

Adult one 2 ones
Within the adult one 2 ones, we work together to make the connection of both the body and mind. We start to tap into what your soul really needs and what needs to be heard, seen and let go of. I particularly work on shifting tension and releasing everyday stress within each muscle and cell tissue and bringing nourishment to the soul. We look at how to build strength within certain areas of the body, as well as calming the nervous system. Within the sessions we spend together, we remove ourselves from the everyday stresses of modern life and focus on breath, movement, and rest. As everybody is different, the one 2 one sessions are tailored to the individual’s needs. I am known to have nurturing and holistic energy, and I aim to guide individuals to a place where they can come home to their bodies; giving it whatever it truly needs.
